The Tornado with the works. Requires a stable handrail/ballet barre or similar to hold onto. Even a kitchen benchtop will do.
All standing discs are now circular (latest version in main picture).
1. The rubber covered toe stoppers are handy when placing your feet on the Tornado platforms so they don’t slip off.
This provides a greater range of exercises that can be achieved without your feet slipping off the platforms.
When completing the exercises for separate legs, a toe grip is essential on the rotating platform. Pressure must be applied to the toe stopper equally on both sides. When both feet are on one platform, the stopper must be shared so it is best to use runners in this instance.
2. The Stirring Handles – the padded top rotates around the base which firmly screws into the circular platform. When using the Stirring handle, the circular disc should have the locking pin in place.
